Gauri is a licensed physical therapist in the state of New Jersey. She graduated from Texas Women's University, Houston in 2004 with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she attained her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, India. She has consistently worked in out-patient PT settings since 2004, and has a strong background in musculo-skeletal rehabilitation. During her years at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, she gained experience in treating patients with balance and vestibular disorders and developed her knowledge base in this area through several advanced courses. She has treated a variety of post operative patients, ranging from adolescents with ACL injuries to seniors with joint replacement surgeries, in close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and physiatrists.

In 2013, she attained board certification in Orthopedics through American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Gauri is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment method through the McKenzie Institute. She is a LSVT BIG practitioner and, follows this method for treating patients with Parkinson's Disorder and other neurological conditions, that cause slowness of movement and balance problems. She uses a functional evaluation approach, with repeated motion testing and outcome assessment, enabling her to provide customized treatment using therapeutic exercises and manual therapy. She is passionate about patient education, injury prevention, ergonomics, and  body-mechanics,  which are the corner stones of her treatment planning.

Physical Therapist Assitant

Diana is a state of New Jersey licensed, Physical Therapist Assistant; with an Associates degree in Applied science, from Mercer County Community College. She has experience treating an array of different patients, of all ages & pathologies. She is also worked in different clinical settings, such as acute, subacute & out patient care. Her experience as a Personal Fitness trainer, for more than a decade, complements her understanding of the human body movement and to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting, as needed.

Diana is committed to grow as a clinician and to stay up to date with research and evidence based, most optimal approaches to treatment. During her continued education journey, she is gather a few additional certifications such as, Back Injury Prevention Specialist, Advance Geriatric Fitness and Nutrition, Therapeutic Strategies For Degenerative Joint Disease, Pregnancy Fitness, Female Pelvic Health Therapy, Advanced Myofascial and Deep Tissue Massage, to name a few. Her expertise makes her a keen component during pre and post surgery rehabilitation; working with her patients to regain their functional mobility, decrease pain, regain balance and proper body mechanics, strength and conditioning.

With her personable manner, her skills and dedication, Diana has a special way to connect with patients. One of her missions is to convey to them, the importance of staying active and it's correlation with overall health.

Aarti resides with her husband and son in South Brunswick. Her background is in Pharmaceutical Management. Aarti manages the day to day operations at Synergex PT including patient intake, scheduling and billing.She loves interacting with patients and is very patient and clear with explaining their insurance eligibility and benefits. She is excellent at handling the billing proceses. Aarti has been with Synergex PT from it's very conception and is a very critical part of our team.
